2023 Art Sale Submissions

Quantity – If you are donating more than one piece of art where the title/description and price are all the same, you do not need to make multiple submissions. One donation with the ‘quantity’ greater than ‘1’ will create multiple entry records.

Approximate Size – Help us plan for the space needed for the wall and table displays. Refer to the graphic on the right for how to measure two-dimensional and three-dimensional art.

Tips for Submitting an Art Experience Entry
Provide a detailed description for the Experience - a lesson (how many? what is taught? by whom?), an event (for how many guests? where? what?), or a special treat (contents? size?). Please include a photo or graphic that represents the Experience. An Art Sale Committee member will use the information to create an 8.5"x11" flyer to be displayed at the Art Sale. The flyer will be sent for your approval prior to the Sale.
